Created … Read more Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown glowing yellow with red-orange and copper spots Italian art glass mushroom / toadstool paperweight. Created for the Fornasa De Murano A L'Insegna Del Moreto company, by designer Galliano Ferro. I have previously owned several with the labels still attached. The mushroom cap has bright red orange spots throughout. Please look at the close up photos. The piece glows bright neon green under a black light from the high amount of Uranium / UV reactive glass (see photo). It is made with thick glass, and it is heavy for its size. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measurements: 3 1/2" tall x 3 7/8" wide.
