The … Read more A very attractive Victorian washstand made from satin birch and just arrived from a full refurbishment in our workshops. The marble top has been re-lacquered and the whole has been re-polished, with all brass work buffed up. The original tiles have a pale green background with blue and red flowers, typical of the Art Nouveau movement. The washstand could hardly have looked better when it was new.
