A smart and very well made antique Edwardian inlaid satin wood cabinet, made in England and dating from the 1900-1910 period.
It is of superb quality and is a very useful size, it is quite slim and compact, with lots of storage space. This has a serpentine shaped front and lovely inlaid paneling on the doors with cross banded edges. This sits on shaped bracket feet, it also has cross banding on the drawer fronts and top, with stunning inlaid burr walnut around the top edge. There are also very fine quality brass handles and escutcheons on the drawers. The satin wood has an absolutely gorgeous colour tone and lovely grain patterns.
This has been re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent for its age, with just some extremely minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
