19th Century French Marble Top Inlaid Dresser High Chest Bronze By Henri Picard
Dimensions : 40" Wide X 19" Deep X 59.25" Tall
This gorgeous high chest was made in Paris in the late 19th Century and is a work of art the inlay is some of the best I have ever seen with an inlaid landscape in each door and excellent bronze mounts casted by Henri Picard (1831-1864) one of the finest bronze makers of the time period. The locks are signed I believe Guinguad A Paris. The quality of this chest is out of this world with oak secondary wood! This is an investment grade antique and is even more beautiful in person.
