The 1965 Pendant (designed in 1947) by Paavo Tynell was originally created for Finland House in New York, one of the most iconic projects celebrating Finnish design. Known for his mastery of metal finishes, Tynell infused this piece with exceptional lightness and elegance. The frosted glass diffuser gently softens the light, creating a warm and tranquil atmosphere.
We purchased this pendant during a renovation a few years ago and used it for approximately one year. It is in excellent condition, with only a very minor surface scratch (see image). It provides beautiful, airy illumination and works especially well above a dining table.
