Old Master Painting, Oil on Canvas, Woodland Landscape, Alfred Williams, 19th Century
A painting rich in detail, figures, and animals, depicting a refuge with shepherds and flocks surrounded by woodland.
Alfred Williams was an English landscape painter, born in 1823 and died in 1905.
He exhibited at the Royal Academy in London in 1880.
Some of his works are held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
The painting is signed lower right.
Excellent condition, as shown in the photo.
