In fact, Fleming paints similar to that the late and famous artist Milton Avery. (See photo of Avery’s work in the additional photos provided).

Fleming well know for painting only women, painted this work on canvas with oil paint. It is unframed but signed verso, plus with the artist’s #175. In fact, this painting was exhibited at a one-woman show at Colin Fisher Studios in Cathedral City, CA in 2016 and was published in Palm Springs Life magazine. Fleming’s work is rather naive which adds to the outsider artist category. This painting is not framed, however because there is a black line painted around the edges, they are not the same on all 4 sides therefore is looks framed, but it is not. No question that this painting would be a terrific addition to any home or office. See less
