Vintage Denbac studio pottery earthenware pitcher model number 408. It has a moss green/beige finish with a brown and blue undertone.
Denbac est la marque sous laquelle le céramiste René Denert.
Denbac is the mark of the ceramist René Denert. Created in Vierzon France in 1908. The workshop produced a vast selection of sandstone 'grès' items from vases and carafes and pitchers to knife rests and ink pots. The company stopped trading during WWII and briefly traded post war until it ceased in 1952.
