This oversized pendant lamp from the 1970s is a striking example of Space Age design. Made in Europe, it features a large eyeball-shaped acrylic globe with a half-mirrored upper section and a clear lower hemisphere, allowing for both diffused ambient light and direct downward illumination.
The chromed finish reflects the futuristic aesthetics of the era, echoing the work of designers like Herda, Dijkstra, Massive, or Vitrika. Suspended from a central cable, the globe floats visually in space, creating a sculptural presence both lit and unlit.
