When playfulness and brass meet in an Art Deco image, the result is this charming brass pocket organizer, depicting two standing anthropomorphic frogs, holding a tray in the shape of a water lily flower.

Very whimsical, this style is very close to the Art Deco revival of the second half of the 20th century, where during the 80s an appetite for Art Deco revived this style and its codes such as inspiration from nature, animal figures, symmetry & sophisticated geometric forms made a big comeback within interior design.

In very good condition, its modest size is more than sufficient to hold your jewelry, house & car keys or any other object. It can also be used as a simple decorative object, both indoors and out. Vintage, it has kept a beautiful golden/yellow patina over time. I currently own 3 identical examples.
