Intricate modern shapes cast from steel and welded with brass detail. While 40 x 12 x 2 in size, the impression is monumental and can be hung vertically or horizontally. This piece is signed D. Larson 07. Few minor rust spots on the back of the sculpture do not interfere with the gorgeous work and detail. Well known in Santa Fe and across the country, David Larson is an artist, craftsman, and designer He works in watercolor, sculpture, metals, and photography. He has been a sculptor since the early 1970's working in metal and wood using welding and hot forging to shape contemporary abstract forms with steel and stainless steel and cast sculpture in bronze.
