They feature shades composed of carved alabaster with excellent veined detailing, illuminated by the light of the bulbs. The alabaster shades are lined with polished brass and supported by a curved conical support that extends from a cylinder, which attaches to the round tiered backplates, mirroring the forms of the alabaster shades.

An excellent balance of tones is achieved with the combination of the luminous polished brass and the natural veining of the alabaster.
