this lamp is a rare object to behold, a study in refinement and restraint, of timeless architectural grandeur, balancing style and functionality.

masterful attention to detail and a minimalist construction create a sculpted light object of serene elegance.

t-shaped chrome body with a curved beam holding an opaque glass shade that can be assembled / disassembled by simply clicking the two parts into place.

the lighting company, sirrah, was named after a star in the andromeda constellation and started producing lamps designed by franco albini in the late 1960s.

very good condition, wear consistent with age and use.
