It is for a larger space, and very heavy and sturdy. We downsized our home and just don't have anywhere to put this table, but it is very nice, in excellent condition and beautifully crafted. That said, I have no way to disassemble or move it, so you'll need to handle those details, which is also the reason for the lower price ... if you shop around you'll find that tables like this one usually sell for $900-$1500+, and I love it but literally have nowhere to put it, so the first $700 gets to claim it. Again, I cannot take it apart or transport it, at all. You'll need to make those arrangements. See less
