The glass door is artistically divided with diamond … Read more A beautiful, elegantly proportioned. antique 1920s English mahogany two-piece display curio cabinet. The glass door is artistically divided with diamond patterned mullions and original glass. The center shelf is fixed but the upper and lower shelves are adjustable with pegs. The bottom portion of the cabinet has two storage drawers with original Chippendale brass pulls. The glass door portion screws securely to the base with four screws, see last photo. Perfect for displaying china and collectables.
The top portion is 64.75" high. At the crown it measures 25.5"wide x 10" deep. The main part of the top portion without the crown measures 23"wide x 8.5"deep. The shelves inside the cabinet measure 7" deep and 20.5" wide.
The bottom portion measures 18.5"h x 26"wide x 17"deep.
Random scratches and small chips in the mahogany veneer. Splits in the wood on either side of the bottom cabinet portion, see photos. The interior blue paint is modern and adds a decorative element.
