Late 19th to Early 20th Century Moonlight ocean painting. An oil on board showcasing a calm harbor view over a full moon. A sailboat can be seen in front of a lighthouse as well as sandpipers resting on posts from an old dock. The painting is ornately framed with interlaced lattice and acanthus design in giltwood. In the manner of Hendrik Willem Mesdag.
