This is a great set of six vintage 1970s Italian Padua dining chairs by Hank Lowenstein. They may be either beechwood or oak and are beautiful, real, heavy wood. There are two different chair styles as pictured but the set was all purchased at the same time in the 1970s.
They are in overall very good to excellent condition, and are completely sturdy and intact. The seats are in near perfect condition.

- These chairs are mostly in very good to excellent condition. One of them has damage on the top of the … moreThese chairs are mostly in very good to excellent condition. One of them has damage on the top of the leg post and it is shown in the photos. There are some scuffs that could be cleaned off the legs and other minor dings to the legs. The seats however are in excellent condition, still tightly woven, with no damage. These chairs have not been actively used for a couple of decades so other than needing cleaning, they are sturdy and strong - 5 of the 6 of them are in very nice condition. less
