The scalloped-edge tray features a central vignette of a vibrant bird with long sweeping tail feathers, surrounded by lush florals in shades of yellow, orange, and peach. The black ground provides dramatic contrast, highlighting the artistry and color of the scene.

Measuring an impressive 29ʺW × 21ʺD, this tray was originally crafted for both serving and display. Today, it makes a remarkable statement piece — whether styled on a table, placed on an easel, or hung on a wall.

Condition: Antique condition consistent with age, with surface wear, paint loss, and patina throughout (see photos for details). The hand-painted scene retains excellent vibrancy. A wire has been added for hanging display.
