A minimal and futuristic atomic Modern "Hairpin" tripod Brass table lamp designed in the manner of Gerald Thurston' similar designs for Lightolier lighting circa 1950's. The form is comprised of 3 hairpin design tripod legs with a futuristic UFO central support form that creates a sophisticated modern sculpture statement. The original primary diffuser shade is prismatic frosted glass which is blemish free. The Off White colored Linen shade is shown for REFERENCE ONLY and is NOT INCLUDED - see details below to acquire.
DIMENSIONS: This lamps general dimensions are 26" tall with a general width of 11" to the base tripod.

This rare & unique Thurston style design lamp is in exceptional condition, completely intact and fully functional. Just very light signs of age & wear with some minor natural patina tarnish to the Brass plated hardware with no apparent evidence of damage or blemishes otherwise. Original wiring and 3-way socket has been inspected and appears to be clean, safe and fully operational.
