This is a very lovely antique blue transferware bowl made by Petrus Regout & Co in Maastricht, Holland sometime in the mid to late 1800’s.
The pattern is called Abbey, and has a deep indigo color, depicting a scenic architectural landscape with a Gothic Abbey in ruins.
Would work well as a dish for nuts or candy, or even cotton balls in the bathroom. A pretty and useful piece.
