He exhibited in numerous shows in Italy, particularly in Turin, Milan and Rome. He was part of the Macchiaioli painters. The painting depicts a Man's Face. On the original frame of the painting, at the top, you can read: A. Romagnoli Studio viale Gagenio 20 Florence. At the bottom of the frame you can read: portrait of T.L. Anselmi. The painting is in excellent condition, over 140 years old, with an antique Italian frame from the late 19th century. The dimensions, including the frame, are: height 78 cm, width 64 cm, depth 4 cm.
