Tommaso Cimini was involved in electro-mechanical endeavors for prominent lighting companies in Northern Italy. Thanks to his creativity and background in mechanical engineering, he envisioned an easy-to-make, freely adjustable table lamp. Making the most of his manual skills and technical inventiveness, he developed the necessary models that led to the birth of Daphine. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
