Large scallop Murano glass suspension lamp in Champagne tone, exquisite blown glass in bell shape using the highly skilled technique. It is a great classic of the Italian 1950s by the renowned designer Renato Toso. This object is presented in very good condition.
Attributed manufacturer: Luecos (since 1962) and Renato Toso are most outstanding art glass companies on the Venetian island of Murano. None of their lamps are identical and are all handmade / blown. The lamp is hanging from a brass ring on a steel wire, leading to a brass canopy. The brass is oxidized through its age. The Moderns have several bell shape lamps listed, see the last pictures
