It features two kneeling women in Egyptian robes, facing one another and raising an offering—an homage to Art Deco’s fascination with Ancient Egypt following Howard Carter’s discovery of Tutankhamen’s tomb in 1922.
Crafted in patinated art metal, the sculpture supports the original white Daum Nancy glass shade, resting on a long Portor marble base. This model is extremely hard to find with the original Daum glass. This piece has an attribution mark,
