minimalist design. The lamp head is adjustable using the chrome-plated rod above the base. The round rotary switch is positioned off-center on the base. The lamp is labeled below the base. This object: from the "wing" lighting series, we present the rare desk lamp. Bruno gecchelin has been collaborating with the renowned manufacturer o-luce by giuseppe ostuni in milan since 1968. One of the first halogen lamps designed by gecchelin for o-luce was created in 1971: the wing series. The movable lamp head made of thermoplastic material and the eccentric rotary switch on the lamp base are characteristic of this series. The construction with a single molded part was both economical and elegant – gecchelin deliberately designed the lamp to be compact and heat-resistant.
