Released in 1951, Model 71 has been in continuous production the longest of Moller's designs. The rear legs meld seamlessly with curved the seatback, demonstrating Moller’s talent for creating organic forms that look more like they were produced in nature than in a workshop.

Each chair has been meticulously refinished and fully reupholstered in a supple beige leather from Edelman’s Royal Hide collection. We used slightly thicker foam than the original specifications called for, making them comfortable enough for long conversations at the dinner table without compromising their sleek, minimalist appeal.

A timeless design that remains every bit as relevant today as it was when first introduced 75 years ago.
