The necklace is an original early Georg Jensen design with a floral theme centering a large green agate cabochon stone flanked by two smaller stones. The center piece is articulated and hangs on a small jump ring attached to the outer structure. The pendant hangs from its original green silk cord which is adorned with silver balls. The back of the pendant has numerous markings with an early primary Jensen mark indicating a date c. 1915 - 1927. It is also marked importe de Denmark. The design appears to be numbered 64 Based on our research, we have not been able to identify another example. Condition is very good with no scratches to the stones.

Provenance: Private acquisition from Princeton, New Jersey family who acquired the pendant c. 1920. By descent to a descending relative from Bethesda, MD.
