Beautiful very large mid 20th century vintage Crespi style pencil reed rattan lidded basket from the late 1960's or early 1970's.
Very sturdy and sits level. It has pads on bottom to prevent scratching floors.
This lidded basket reflects classic natural fiber craftsmanship and works effortlessly in traditional, coastal, Southern, Chinoiserie, and collected interiors!
