It is signed in pencil by the artist and numbered 83 out of 100, making it a limited edition of 100, and our lithograph is number 83.

Information on the artist and/or manufacturer:
Anna Salvatore (Rome, 1923–1978) was an Italian painter, sculptor, and writer. Her teachers included Galileo Chini and Felice Carena. She studied in Florence, then attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, where she began an artistic partnership with the painter Domenico Purificato. She entered the artistic world after World War II, quickly becoming one of the most renowned figures in the cultural and social world, thanks in part to the art gallery "Il Pincio," which she ran in Piazza del Popolo in the 1950s. She met and associated with Ungaretti, Pasolini, Moravia, Anna Banti, Silori, and Gatto. Critics considered her one of the most important exponents of Neorealist painting. She died suddenly in Rome, at the age of 54, in her home in the Parioli neighborhood, after a stroke. This piece has an attribution mark,
