This stylish cabinet was crafted around the turn of the century in former Sudetenland. The outer body impresses with its elegant design and the rare, honey-colored beer glaze—a traditional painting technique that imitates a refined wood grain through multi-layered glaze application and precise brushstrokes. This technique was particularly popular in rural areas where real hardwood was unavailable or too expensive, but stylish design was still valued. The cabinet is made in two parts, with an architecturally designed top featuring turned columns, carved shell ornamentation, and finely profiled doors with paneled panels. Material: Solid softwood with hand-painted grain in beer glaze technique
