A Late 18th Century Italian Painted Console/Side Table with Marble Top
This table is rectangular shape with a fine white and grey mottled marble top. The table frame retains its original cream painted and parcel gilt decoration. Both the frieze and the legs have fluted carved decoration, highlighted with gilt, and there is a stylised fleur de lys on the central plaque in the frieze.
