In green schist.
Depicting the Buddha carved in a standing position with his hands together, possibly in walking meditation or prayer.
Mounted onto a wooden rectangular plinth.
Simply a wonderful ancient Buddhist sculpture!

It is in overall fair, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There is a chip to the right hand/wrist and some weathering and losses to all of the details throughout. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
