I was told by the previous owner of this stunning cabinet that it was part of a dowry, passed down through the generations.
Made in Germany & dating back to 1836.
2 doors with green glass panels & single lower drawer.
The 2 wooden shelves are removable/moveable.
Not sure if original!
The left side door has a latch at the top & bottom.
Sadly there is no key to hold the other door closed so a small sliver of wood etc was used.
A vintage key is easy to find & simple to use to pull the drawer & door open.
Measurements are overall sizes.
The height to top, in the back, is 65.75".
The width is 43" in the center.

The one foot does show some wear, but not falling apart!. Minor veneer loss in a couple of places. One on drawer top edge & another, smaller piece, on the one door edge, concealed when both are closed. less
