Antique concrete pedestal base. Features three dolphins or delphins painted in gold and white.
Base came from the bottom of a fountain in a Historic Oakwood Ohio estate from the turn of the century. The tiered fountain topper was damaged in a storm and the base was salvaged and painted at some point.
