A stunning set of dining chairs by British luxury furniture designer Christopher Guy. Featuring oval shaped backs upholstered in rich rose patterned red velvet with contrasting seats covered in shiny and highly polished fabric. The hand carved wooden frame and legs with ornate crackled gold finish and cabriole legs, characteristic of 18th-century French furniture, lends these chairs a very classic and elegant air. A very special set of dining chairs for that sophisticated and stylish home.
Dimensions: 32"h, 25"w, 19.5"d. Seat height: 19.5"
Condition: In good structurally sound and sturdy condition with some visible wear on the seats as shown including scuffs and tears. The chairs are quite usable as is but will benefit from reupholstering the seats at some time. There is also a small chip to the wood on the backrest (on back of one chair). One of the chairs has the Christopher Guy cover underneath the seat, the others do not have covers.
