The painting depicts figures travelling home on their laden donkeys at Sennen, on Cornwall's far south-west coast.McIntyre was based in London, often painting at Hampstead, and he exhibited at The Royal Academy, The New England Art Club and The Goupil Group.In watercolour with white bodycolour highlights.
