Expandable Art Deco Dining Room Table in Walnut Veneer from France circa 1930.
The table has a stunning book-matched walnut veneer on the plates, that has been finely hand-polished with shellac (French polished). The sides of the plate and the leg is are veneered. Between the two legs, there is an original, polish steel tube rail. The two optional extending inlay plates / leaves in the middle are ebonized (polished in black).
The table can be extended to three different possible lengths:
- 120 cm / 47.2 in (0 inlay plates)
- 157 cm / 62.8 in (1 plate)
- 192 cm / 75.6 in. (2 plates)
