A pair of modernist candlesticks in solid brass, with a distinctive geometric structure. Each candlestick rests on a thick hexagonal base, from which rises a slender central shaft, extended by two sloping arms forming a y-shaped composition. The conical cups, with narrow necks, hold three candles per piece.
the set is crafted from intentionally unpolished gilded brass, retaining its original patina and traces of green oxidation visible in the candle holders. Likely from liturgical or ecclesiastical use in southern europe (italy or spain), these candlesticks show scratches from use, some oxidation marks, and a slight deformation on one of the cups, without affecting their stability or presentation. ________________________________________
