Iconic mid-century modern design after Mario Papperzini's design for John Salterini. The Janus et cie Amalfi chainback lounge chair features an adjustable height backrest. The iron frame has a geometric lattice inset on the seat back and ottoman topped with thick, padded cushions. The generous seat has undulating arms measuring 22 inches high. The frame is embellished with round bronzed finials in the neoclassical taste. The chair is heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The set includes a matching Amalfi ottoman measuring 25 inches wide by 24 inches deep, and 18 inches high. The set is available now at our California warehouse and ready for shipment and installation. Very good, well-preserved condition as seen in photos.
