This is a smaller white shaped tea pot or coffee pot marked the Winrose Collection and Hand Decorated in USA. I don’t know if it is made in the United States and I cannot find a pattern name. When the handle is on the right it has a faint floral design. The back has no design. It is shaped, ridged porcelain with gold trim and a matching lid. The coffee pot comes with a matching creamer.
The tea pot measures 3.50 inches at the widest point and is 5 7/8 inches tall to the rim. It is 7 7/8 inches tall to the top of the handle.
The creamer measures 3.25 inches tall at the spout and is 2.25 inches wide.
The floral design is faint with a pink and white flower and green and white leaves.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. It is marked as shown.
