Herend Rothschild pattern (or Rothschild bird, RO) porcelain was created thanks to the wealthy Rothschild family, who commissioned the then popular pattern around 1860, which was named in their honor. The pattern depicts two birds playing with a gold necklace, symbolizing love, partnership and happiness.
