Abstract mixed media collage which pulls on motifs from color-field painting, cubism, and geometric abstraction. This piece has a warm quality to the color, with everything from the creams to the deep blues taking on a warmer hue. The artist utilizes a variety of different paper types and other materials. The background pieces are a sturdier paper which is then overlayed with other materials, such as the small map piece (depicting a section of Route 10) in the bottom left corner and the rice paper with calligraphy in the center.
