Art deco bronze sculpture depicting emperor fish (moonfish). Signed with altdorp, the pseudonym of dutch artist johann coenraad altdorf (the hague 1876 - the hague 1955).
a very well-formed sculpture by the artist, which is signed and marked with the number a1258. It has a stamp mark with "bronze garantie paris j.b deposee," which indicates high quality and the manufacturer. This piece has an attribution mark,
