The pair are in the Qing Dynasty style but it is difficult to date them exactly. They have many age indicators such as a rough base with Iron oxide showing through. The sides of the base are not sloped. Rather they are at a right angle to the plate. They are marked with an artist's mark and have collection or accession numbers on the back. They are The Essence of Tea bird plates. The Qing Dynasty was circa 1690. See less
