émile dameron was a french painter born in 1848 and died in 1908.

training & influences: a student at the école des beaux-arts in lyon, he was influenced by the naturalism and exploration of light typical of the painters of his time. His work features touches reminiscent of corot and daubigny, while maintaining a very personal identity.
