Akke Sins vintage 1960s woodcut cityscape lithograph. The Mid Century era artwork is printed on paper and housed in it’s original wood frame with matte border. Akke Sins formal name is Anna Catharina Sins. The Dutch artist was born in 1928 and worked in Breda and Maastricht. Sins studied at de Akademie ‘St. Joost’ in Breda and de Jan van Eyck-akademie in Maastricht. Sins created a body of work in the mid 20th century beloved by collectors and her peers in the art world. The artist focused on graphic arts with etchings, woodcuts and copper engravings as her common modalities. This image is a beautiful expression of the artist’s well recognized style. Sourced in Leiden, Netherlands 46.2cm x 2.3cm x 76cm Condition: No damage to art. Matte board and wood frame has some light wear including scratches and scuffs. This piece has an attribution mark,
