A very rare and unique piece by designer Makio Hasuike for Ceramiche Franco Pozzi (Gallarate Milan Italy) in 70s.
This two-piece set, consisting of a glazed ceramic salad bowl and its distinct bamboo base, was part of a larger, original set that has since been lost.
Hasuike was among the first to bring Japanese minimalism to traditional Italian tableware, forgoing traditional handles for a clean and essential design.
The shaped bamboo base is striped with shades of green and natural wood, featuring ergonomic handles that elegantly contrast with the simplicity of the white bowl.
This collector's piece blends Mid-Century design with a natural and sophisticated aesthetic.
