Likely Kutch Indian or Ottoman.
In solid silver.
In the form of a peacock or bird of paradise standing atop a bird perch.
With a threaded, removable neck, and pierced holes in the snout for pouring.
The crown and beak with traces of gilding.
Simply a wonderful, antique figural rose water sprinkler!

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There are traces of the original gilding to the crown and beak of the bird. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
