The chair was produced in volume by the famous Czech firm Ton, still trading today and producing beautiful chairs, they are an offshoot of Thonet. This model was a kitchen staple in Czech homes, they came with a painted frame which was often repainted but usually stayed white or off white. We have cleaned them but kept the original colour and patina which is what these chairs are all about. The character and beauty of these chairs is their individuality, most of the chair frames are painted a soft cream, some are a shade of white. Seat height 45cm. Dimensions:39cm(w) x 36cm(l) x 82cm(h) This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
