For a unique application with this vintage look as an indoor iron lantern sconce, is this antique lantern with an electric plug in. (110 v.). See this lantern used indoors hanging on the wall with a small hole drilled through the drywall and then running the cord through the wall and then plugged into an outlet on the inside wall.
Of course this lantern could be used outdoors, however an Electrican would need to adapt it for hard wiring. It might sound somewhat confusing, but you could install it anyway you desire.
